Hi, I'm Jess, a qualified Personal Trainer! All my life, I have had a passion for all things health and wellness, with a strong desire to help others. Over last five years, I have dedicated my time to helping parents with raising their children and supporting them to achieve their personal goals alongside the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
I know how hard it can be to prioritize our physical and mental health, especially once kids are thrown into the equation. This is where I come in! My journey with fitness began a long time ago. For as long as I can remember, fitness has been my biggest passion, driving me to constantly seek new challenges and pushing my limits physically and mentally. Back in 2017, I fractured my pelvis which jump-started a long road of medical discoveries that led me to find out I had a progressive nerve condition that would change what fitness looked like for me forever. Despite that, one thing has always remained true, partaking in daily physical activity allows me to be the best version of myself physically, mentally and spiritually.
Currently living in Hawaii, I have had the privilege of learning and developing my skills within the local Canoe/ paddling community. What started as wanting to learn more about where I am residing in a physical way, has now turned into a way of life. My first competitive season in both Regatta and in Long distance concluded with the renowned canoe race Na Wahine O Ke Ka- a 43 mile crossing of the treacherous Kaiwi channel from Molokai to Waikiki, where 72 teams from all across the world came to undertake the world championship race. Embracing this sport has been one of my most challenging, yet transformative achievements to date and just shows that a diagnosis does not have to be the end, but a new beginning.

GROUP TRAINING
Trainer- based group training can be a great option because it combines the benefits of professional guidance with the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting. Bring your friends, family and even your kids. You will receive expert advice and structured workouts, but you will also get the added encouragement of working out with others, which can make the session more enjoyable and help keep you accountable. Plus, it can be more cost-effective than one-to- one training.

One-to-one personal training offers you personalized attention, tailored workouts and specific guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals more effectively. I will be with you every step of the way, rectifying your form, technique and managing your progress, ensuring each session is optimized for your needs and abilities.
